Kim Seung-hu, dean of the Ulsan University College of Medicine, who was in charge of the investigation, said, "What was so urgent that you left so suddenly? Professor Joo died on the 16th after being hit by a dump truck that was turning right while riding his bicycle on a road near Asan Medical Center in Seoul.
